ALERT: Two-year-old Lucia Perry (below) vanished during a supervised visitation with her father, a British national who has an extensive criminal past.
Their prearranged Christmas eve meetup in ‘The Grove’ neighborhood near Van Nuys CA was being monitored, officials claim, but the two Perrys suddenly dropped off radar and may have fled in an Uber taxi.
Neither has been seen since that afternoon and police now fear the abductor parent, Jack ‘JJ’ Perry, (shown in the next snapshot ) might try to take his young daughter overseas so she’ll be out of reach of her legal custodian -- the child’s mother.
“He’s very savvy on social media,” a law enforcement official warned over the weekend, adding that Perry could be traveling first to Nevada, using “only cash” so his movements can’t be traced.
“He’s got five or six different phones,” the spokesman also revealed. “It’s a real cat-and-mouse game.”
Abducted toddler Lucia Perry is a 2-foot-6 Caucasian female with blue eyes and (light) brown hair. She is believed to have been wearing a yellow t-shirt and pink sweatpants with matching Nikes on the day she was taken.
Per the poster below, Lucia’s 31-year-old father, Jack Joseph Perry, is the suspected kidnapper. He stands just over 6-feet tall, weighs almost 200 pounds, and is described as a Caucasian male with dark hair, brown eyes and a beard.
Anyone with knowledge of their current whereabouts is urged to immediately alert detectives of the LAPD’s Van Nuys police station at 818-374-1913.
