Son of Bills Coach Arrested For Assault May Face Charges Too [Florida]

Jul 15, 2015

The son of Aaron Kromer -- the Bills coach arrested this week for assaulting three boys -- may also be facing criminal charges for the violent altercation.

Several sources are reporting today that Florida police are additionally pursuing the arrest of 21-year-old Zachary Kromer for his supporting role in the attack of three juveniles fishing at a beach on Sunday.

Coach Kromer, 48, already faces charges of misdemeanor battery for allegedly punching one of the boys in the face, but new reports indicate his son’s assistance in the unusual fray included grabbing another of the youths by the neck.

None of the three victims’ names or ages have been revealed because officials state they are all minors.

Following his arrest for assaulting the unidentified trio, offensive line coach Aaron Kromer was also placed on “indefinite paid leave” by the Buffalo Bills, the team’s president has announced.

A judge could now decide to charge Kromer’s son for the crime as well, or order Zachary Kromer to explain himself in court.
