Patrick Quinn

Patrick Quinn, with publication of his first novel, Thick As Thieves, in 1995, made an impressive entrance on the national publishing scene.  The book was given high praise by the Philadelphia Inquirer, San Francisco Chronicle and many others. In 2000, HBO Productions made a movie of Thick As Thieves that appeared on HBO.

Quinn lives in Lawrence, Kansas and is presently completing his second book.

James Ellroy, the author of L.A. Confidential, The Black Dahlia, and the intriguing account of his search for his mother's murderer, My Dark Places, has become a leading writer of crime fiction as well as one of the best writers in America today. Along the way, Ellroy has constructed an elaborate public persona. Patrick Quinn takes an admiring look at this most unusual man.
