A peeping tom who used a big ‘Gap’ shopping bag to peer up women’s skirts at a crowded Pennsylvania mall earlier this month has been arrested.
Police in Lancaster PA said 32-year-old pervert Joseph Leece was caught red-handed by a store employee at the Park City Center retail complex on December 12th.
According to that eyewitness and surveillance footage, Leece hid a video cam in an oversized Gap bag, then followed around unsuspecting female shoppers with it.
He was captured twice on videotape himself filming up their dresses with his hidden device.
The East Petersburg peeping tom now faces charges of stalking and criminal use of a camera.
