Cathy Scott

Cathy Scott is a nonfiction narrative writer, author and investigative journalist who is a contributor to Forbes online magazine. Her work has appeared in New York Times Magazine, New York Post, George Magazine, Christian Science Monitor, Los Angeles Times, Las Vegas Sun, and Reuters news service. Best known for penning The Killing of Tupac Shakur and The Murder of Biggie Smalls, she taught journalism at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas until she left to report on the largest animal rescue in U.S. history in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Her most recent TV appearances include Investigation Discovery, VH1 and A&E.
